About the role:

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders. Duties include but are not limited to:

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Maintain focus and observe activities associated with asset protection
• Monitor and review CCTV footage
• Conduct foot patrols including locking and unlocking the site
• Liaise with police and emergency response services

Skills and Experience:

• Certificate II in Security Operations
• First Aid and CPR Certificate
• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Previous Experience working in a busy shopping centre
• Full WA Driver's License
