Showroom Sales Assistant & Administration
THE ROLE
Oblica is a fast growing luxury appliances wholesale and retail business based in Abbotsford and servicing a national customer base.
This is an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join a small expanding team and dynamic work environment. You’ll be assisting our Showroom Manager and Senior Sales Executive to continually maintain the high customer service standards we pride ourselves on.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2 years experience, preferably within a similar industry (home appliances, high end furnitures, building supplies, architectural supplies). The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in architecture and interior design.
Desired skills:
- A passion for high end design in the interiors/architecture sector
- A strong sales administration background
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Highly organised and self-motivated
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously
- A sound level of computer literacy is essential
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with showroom visits
- Triage leads in CRM
- Prepare quotes and respond to phone and email enquiries
- Understand basic technical aspects of the products we sell
- Support senior sale staff
- Impeccable phone manner
- Available to work Saturdays
