Shutdown Scaffolders

About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to partner with Altrad at an exciting time, as we continue to grow as a global organisation. Offering shut down & potential ongoing work across the South-West of Western Australia, where you will gain experience, training, and up-skilling opportunities to support growing demand across the business. We are seeking scaffolders of all levels to join our maintenance team at Collie for a shutdown from February – May 2023.

• Collie Shutdown commencing 27 February – 31 May 2023 (Located 213KM South of Perth CBD)
• 10 Hours per day working Monday – Friday with a view to increase to 12 hours per day in April
• Either DIDO from Perth to Collie with accommodation provided at Collie Hills Village or available for South West locals
• Rates:

• Advanced $50.00 per hour (Monday – Friday) with $70.00 per hour on offer for Weekends & Public Holidays
• Intermediate $48.00 per hour (Monday – Friday) with $67.20 per hour on offer for Weekends & Public Holidays
• Opportunity for alternate projects on an ongoing basis upon successful completion of shut down
• Casual contract on offer paid weekly (Wednesday)
• Immediate Start Available

About you

• Minimum 2 years’ experience operating as a Scaffolder within the Resources Industry
• Hold a Nationally Accredited High-Risk Work License – Advanced or Intermediate Scaffolding
• Hold a Nationally Accredited Working in Confined Spaces (within 3 years)
• Hold a Nationally Accredited Working at Heights (within 3 years)
• Hold a Nationally Accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card)
• Must be available to undertake site specific training assessments and commence immediately
• Ability to pass a project specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen
