The Role?
Reporting to the Site Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our team. Working an 8/6 FIFO role you will support our Eliwana site as well as a backup support for our Pilbara Operations. 👥
A friendly and professional approach, coupled with the ability to 'go the extra mile', is essential to this position. This is a genuine "all-rounder" administrative function that requires the ability to accomplish several sophisticated administrative responsibilities accurately and efficiently.
- General administration support the Site Leadership Team
- Processing all inbound and outbound deliveries, management of site inventory & stock take processes
- Purchase order generation and close out & Credit card/purchasing reconciliations.
- Manage site access, booking flights, induct visitors, manage contractor licences and approvals, and coordinate approval process for new employees
- Manage ordering of uniforms, PPE, stationery and postal requirements of site
What you’ll bring
You'll play an important role in the team, cultivating positive relationships with all stakeholders. ❤️ You'll be able to work independently and help the site comply with and improve systems, ensuring a seamless and painless experience.
You will be customer-focused, results-driven, and able to exhibit initiative in addition to your excellent time management and organisational skills. SAP experience and advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook) are necessary.
