The Davyhurst project is located 120km northwest of Kalgoorlie in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The project area holds significant regional exploration potential in a District Scale land, holding comprised of over 200 tenements, covering an area of 1,350km2, which contains more than 200 kilometres of strike within a highly prospective greenstone belt.
THE ROLE
Applications are sought from experienced Site Administrators to join the team at Ora Banda.
The Site Administrator is responsible for site related administration, travel and accommodation coordination, and stakeholder liaison at the Davyhurst Site.
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Manage site entry requests and accommodation requirements
- Administer and distribute site specific correspondence
- Maintain site work rosters
- Electronic and hard copy filing
- Maintain various site registers including fuel, personal protective equipment, and accommodation
- Collate time sheets and arrange authorisation
- Maintain local office facilities, services, and supplies
- Provide a point of contact for payroll regarding timesheet enquiries for site personnel
- Provide a point of contact for all site employees and personnel (excellent customer service skills needed)
- Raise purchase orders and receipt as required in accordance with company requirements
- Maintain systems for transportation, accommodation, and vehicle hire bookings
- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standard of safety in accordance with company policies, workplace safety and environmental regulations.
ABOUT YOU
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills, and experience:
- Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Knowledge of flight and roster management software (INX experience desirable)
- Pronto accounting software experience desirable
- 2 + year's relevant experience working as a Site Administrator in mining or related industry
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
- Highly organised, with the proven ability to maintain multiple priorities simultaneously
- Good interpersonal and communication skills – including written and verbal
- An excellent approach to customer service.
Our ideal candidate for this role will also be able to demonstrate:
- Certificate: Provide First Aid, or equivalent
- Certificate: Business Administration, or equivalent
- Driver’s License (F Class, Bus)
- Previous experience managing high-volume personnel mobilisation/demobilisation
- Previous experience developing and maintaining contractor and supplier relationships.
ELIGIBILITY:
- Must have unlimited working rights for Australia (without any visa limitations) to be considered for this role
- Must have hold a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to provide an approved National Police Clearance (valid within 6 months).
