A Site Manager is sought by an established Tier 2 Residential Builder, to manage a $90 million, 100 unit, residential apartment project in North Sydney.
Opportunity:
Working for a busy and growing Tier 2 Builder on residential construction projects from $30 million to $400 million
You will be working on a high end apartment construction project, worth $90 million, consisting of 6 towers, with the project due for completion in 2026
You will be managing a team of Foremen, Leading Hands, Engineers and reporting to a Senior Project Manager

You will have:
A Trade Certificate, Carpentry Cert III preferred
Previous site management experience with Principal Residential Builder in NSW essential
Solid structures and finishes experience
High rise residential apartment construction experience essential
Driven and keen to progress your career with a busy builder
Experience managing apartment construction projects over $50 million
A steady career history and previous site management background
