$180k to $200k + Super + Vehicle and other benefits
About the role
The ideal person for this role will be a Site Manager with at least 8 Plus years experience delivering new build projects up to $30M. Experience working on projects involving trades associated with Medical Centres and related work is highly desirable. You will have likely come up through a trade - and have the ability to lead the subcontracting teams on site successfully. Well supported by a Senior PM and a CA your communication skills will be strong.
Skills and experience required
- Reside in FNQ or willing to relocate for at least two years.
- Deliver projects on site from "breaking ground" to hand over
- Experience on Projects up to $30M.
- WHS experience.
- Experience on Medical Centre Projects or similar.
