A unique opportunity is available for an established Site Manager to join a nationally accredited Tier 2 commercial builder in Melbourne.
With a strong upcoming pipeline, they are looking to expand their site team and seeking an experienced Site Manager for projects located within Melbourne. The role will be site based Monday - Friday and offer long term development & progression.
Responsibilities:
Co-ordination of sub-contractors, suppliers, and deliveries
Working closely with the Project Manager managing the construction program
Managing client and consultant relationships
Ensuring high standards of OHS compliance on site
Requirements:
Experience in commercial, hospitality or retail fit outs
Sound knowledge of the construction market including sub contractors
Good man-management skills with the ability to motivate and drive both direct and sub-contract labour
Highly skilled in OH&S
Client-focused approach
Trade background preferable
