About the role
Package of up to ~$120k (including base, super, full private use of tool of trade vehicle) + bonus
Work for a leading Australian agribusiness
Diverse, hands-on role supervising operations and managing grower relationships
We are looking for a Site Manager to oversee our sites in Ultima and Berriwillock, Victoria where your key responsibilities of this role day-to-day include;
Supervising a team of permanent grain handlers (and casual staff during harvest)
Assist the Area Manager in planning, resourcing receivables and out-loading of grain
Safely manage grain receivals and outloads
Build and maintain relationships with local growers, supporting the community
Manage site budget

Experience supervising, supporting and developing workgroups / individuals
Ability and willingness to work flexible hours to meet operational demands
Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces
Current unrestricted driver licence and basic IT literacy
