A leading construction company that provides clients with an end-to-end service from design to project management and construction services for projects that range from $50k - $70M, across various sectors covering commercial, government, residential, education, retail, aged care for both private and public sector clients.

Your new role
My client is excited to bring onboard a Site Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of a variety of building projects from start to completion/ hand-over. Your responsibilities will entail, but not be limited to: Coordinating the day-to-day site tasks, overall management of the site, supervising and leading subcontractor trades, client liaison, programme scheduling, procurement and management of materials, induction of trades and toolbox talks. You will also work closely with the Project Management team to ensure the project is delivered in budget, on time and to a quality and safe standard.

What you'll need to succeed

• Trade or tertiary qualification relative to construction or relevant industry related experience
• Experience in the management and delivery of projects ranging from $50M and up
• Knowledge and understanding of building regulations, WH&S regulations as well as quality assurance systems
• Excellent leadership and communication skills as well as attention to detail
