We are looking for a motivated Site Services Supervisor to facilitate the daily supervision of the maintenance team, contractors, and suppliers. You will plan, manage and lead the execution of activities and tasks of the Site Services Team, providing an efficient and professional service to site, whilst operating within all statutory and company requirements. You will be accountable for all equipment and areas within the departments responsibilities, ensuring the planning of all activities are clearly defined using the work management system.

About You

-Trade or Professional Qualification – Building, Maintenance of Equipment, Electrician, Mechanical Fitter or similar roles with post trade experience preferably in the mining or heavy industry
-Experience in the maintenance of buildings and equipment commonly installed in a mining environment, specifically accommodation villages, office complexes and supporting infrastructure.
-Previous experience in a Supervisory Role with contractor work groups.
-Well-developed digital literacy in Microsoft Office and SAP.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-High level of integrity and accountability.
-Committed to creating a cohesive and professional team environment.
-Motivated to move self and team forward with minimal direction and provide continual support to all team members.
-Ability to think strategically, to express ideas clearly, with validated analytical and problem-solving skills.
