The preferred location for this role is in Adelaide, Australia.
What Will You Be Doing As a Site Superintendent - Energy Storage and Optimization, you will focus on these responsibilities:
As our Site Superintendent, you'll be at the helm, overseeing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance while steering day to day maintenance & works towards success. Safety, environmental compliance, and cultural awareness will be your guiding principles as you inspire and mentor your team to deliver top-notch results. Quality and consistent customer communications, documentation delivery and reporting.
- Plan, schedule, organise, direct, and control the site and maintenance activities from start to finish according to schedule, specifications, contract and budget.
- Prepare progress & monthly reports and issue progress schedules to all stake holders.
- Oversee day-to-day field service activities.
- Supervise the activities of subcontractors and subordinate staff.
- Site safety and issue Permits to work. Requirements
- Adelaide based.
- Successful applicant(s) must be authorized to work in Australia without sponsorship.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to have the following: Desired Education
- Must have a A Class Electrical License
- Proven record of motivating and developing employees through effective leadership, building trust, communication, consultation and influencing.
Desired Skills And Experience
- Minimum 2-5 years' experience in renewable energy, battery storage, Site Superintendent or similar technical operations.
- Exposure to battery storage, renewal energy sites would be an advantage.
- Reporting & report document building
- Maintenance co-ordination & planning Desirable
- Front Line Management Certificate IV
- HV switching ticket.
- Ethernet communication cabling
- First aid
- CPR
- LV rescue
- Battery storage Installation
- Maintenance experience Role will require some interstate travel, overtime and call outs (if needed).
