AddressOutkast is a well-established commercial design and construct company based in Brisbane and Gold Coast with a strong focus on commercial refurbishment and fit outs works
Due to consistent growth, we are looking for experienced and highly motivated site supervisors to join our team.
About The Role - Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Day to day running of commercial projects through to client handover – on time and budget
- Scheduling project resources and deliverables, managing suppliers, problem solving
- Quality and Safety on all sites as per building and safety regulations
- Managing sub-contractor performance and quality
- Developing and maintaining great client relationships, managing expectation
- Collaborating with the internal team and other project stakeholders
- Regular project reporting to management

What we are looking for in you:
- Killer Attitude - Proactive - Winner
- Sound knowledge of building methods and regulations. At least 3+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor delivering commercial fit outs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to interpret plans and drawings
- Ability to manage resources and sub-contractors, negotiate, problem solve and make sound decisions
- Excellent understanding of WHS Compliance, safety and quality standards
- Building Trade qualification is ESSENTIAL
- Australian experience is ESSENTIAL
- Interstate Applicants Encouraged
- QBCC license or equivalent preferred
