Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our NSW Operations on a permanent basis. This is a local role, with a 4 day/week roster, 12 hour shifts.
The role of Site Supervisor will see you working on one of our major CHPP sites in the Hunter Valley Region. You will carry out a wide range of tasks from planning, coordinating and supervising daily activities of work crews, working closely with the customer, ensuring compliance with internal, client and legislative HSE requirements through to ensuring that the quality, production and environmental requirements of the project are met.

What you will bring
Minimum 12 months experience as a trade-based Supervisor
Australian recognised Trades qualification - Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
CHPP and shut down experience preferred.
Glencore Generic Induction & Order 43 an advantage
Experience in effective planning, scheduling, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet project requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proven track record in effective health and safety management on site
