About the role:
Reporting to the Site Manager this role will be critical to the success of the project delivery team. Coordinating both internal and external stakeholders you will be responsible for all activities onsite during night works on an 8-month contract:
- Effectively coordinating and supervising all onsite resources
- Monitoring and reporting Progress, Compliance, Safety & Environmental Standards
- Drive safety culture at all levels onsite
- Actively involved in construction planning and resource scheduling
- Conduct and report all site inductions
Skills & experience:
- Major projects Civil Construction experience essential
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- Leadership, communication and reporting skills
- Construction management in Mega Projects essential
- Sound knowledge of Rail works
- Advanced skills with engineering software packages
- Focus and commitment to Quality, Safety & Environmental compliance
