Job Title: Camp Construction Site Supervisor

Company Overview:
Add business group (AddBG) is an established Non process infrastructure construction group. Our operation includes Perth based fabrication of modular buildings and plant that is transported and installed as part of our onsite camp construction projects we are looking for a new Site supervisor to join our existing onsite team. The role Includes hands on supervision of a range of multidisciplinary construction tasks including civil, structure erecting, transportable building placement and complexing as well as coordination with service trades installing electrical, hydraulic and communications systems.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a FIFO Site Supervisor to achieve a very hands on, end to end management of our project delivery, with the accompanying site management skills.
Experience in supervising people , plant and equipment for multidisciplinary construction in a mining environment is essential.
The successful applicant must also be able to provide exceptional communication and people management skills
The role will report directly to the company operations manager. Opportunity exists for the correct candidate to move into the role of company Construction manager, effectively a 2IC role to the Operations manager with an overview of multiple large NPI projects.
Duties include day to day works allocation, resourcing of plant and people, managing client expectation, problem solving, reporting and reconciliation, site meetings and safety audits around the greater metro area.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing of day-to-day operations on site in consultation with Operations Manager
- Ensure project wide compliance to the Safety Management Plan, Quality Management Plan and the Environmental Management Plans.
- Monitor and coordinate the onsite team activities.
- Monitor and maintain project schedules.
- Liaise with sub contractors, transport companies and suppliers.
Qualifications/ experience:
- Strong communication skills
- problem solving skills
- computing skills including Microsoft outlook, excel, etc
- Understanding of HSE requirements
- Understanding of end to end building process.
- Front line management / Cert III Supervision would be an advantage
- Experience supervising, civil, concrete, structural and service installation works
