Permanent Full Time position responsible for providing the effective delivery of HealthShare NSW's Patient Support Service to NSW Health hospital patients. $64,616.89 per annum, 38 hours per week.

This is a Full Time Permanent position graded as a General Administration Staff Grade 5 with an annual salary of $64,616.89 (Plus 10.5% superannuation and 17.5% Leave Loading). Location, Young Hospital.

Vaccination Requirements
This is a NSW Health Category A position, which requires immunisation against the following:
- Whooping Cough
- Hepatitis B
- Measles / Mumps / Rubella
- Chicken Pox
- Screening for Tuberculosis
- COVID-19 (3 doses)
- Influenza (annual vaccination)
If you have any current evidence of vaccination against these, upload them with your application. Your current vaccination status will not impact your application. If you are the preferred candidate, you will be responsible for covering the costs of any remaining vaccination requirements. The Staff Health Team will access your AIR record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record. For more information read the NSW Health OASV Policy.
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed an up-to-date course of a COVID-19 vaccine (3 doses for Category A roles, 2 doses for Category B roles) which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW.
Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Please provide proof of vaccination if available. The Staff Health Team will access your AIR record if needed, please advise if you prefer the team not to view your vaccination record.
If you are the preferred candidate, you will also need to complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment, with costs covered by HealthShare NSW.
