Site Supervisor - Volume Residential Projects
Site Supervisor required for a large and established Builder/Developer who specialize in housing development sites. The company has been in operation over 10 years, and is experiencing substantial growth. They are specializing in house/land packages, knock-down rebuild houses and custom homes across New South Wales.
They have stand out customer reviews, and a great team with an organized and streamlined head office of support staff.

The Role:
Managing 17-20 builds at anyone time.
Reporting into the Construction Manager, the main responsibilities of the position will be to assist with the build and timely completion of new-build project home developments.
You will be overseeing OH&S and ensuring that compliance is met and adhered to at all times.
On top of that you will be expected to keep on top of who is doing what and general trade liaison.

Requirements:
At least 2 years' work behind them as a Site Supervisor in the volume residential housing market
Trade background is preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously
You will enjoy working as part of a team of experienced supervisors
Attention to detail is key
Driver's license
