Site Supervisors Qld

Our client is an award winning and highly established volume home builder in Queensland and due to continued growth is looking for experienced and skilled Aite supervisor’s to join their growing team.
   
Key responsibilities of the role:

• Manage between 12-15 homes at one time
• Allocate materials and trades to job sites
• ensure timely construction of new homes within budget
• communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional manner
• Construction of new homes is carried out safely and complies with company processes and procedures
• Inspect completed projects to ensure a high standard of quality
• Maintaining and updating company systems
• Reporting to management onsite activity

Role requirements:

• At least 2 years experience as a construction site supervisor in the residential volume home building industry
• tertiary qualifications within building and construction
• Trade background will be highly advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to build strong rapports with clients, suppliers and subcontractors
