Are you currently studying engineering or are a recent graduate?

Do you have passion for renewable energy and enthusiastic to contribute towards sustainability and clean energy?

Are you open to learning, talk to potential customers, and help them find a solution to their energy needs through renewable energy?

If the answer is yes to the 3 questions above and you are willing to invest 7 days of your time (full time) to gain in-depth knowledge on renewable energy this will be the perfect point for you to enter a career in renewable energy.

About the Academy

For the last three years Smart Energy Answer has taken the lead to educate newcomers to the renewable energy industry. The academy has proven to be a great success with many graduates taking up careers in renewable energy.

Entries are open for the 4th intake. If you missed sealing your place in the previous intakes or keen to pursue a career in renewable energy, here is the opportunity. This time we have limited numbers and seats will be allocated on a first come first serve basis.

The course consists of both formal and practical training, including actual sales experience. Intake commences 20th March 2023.

To be eligible, you must be available from 10am to 5pm Monday to Friday for 7 business days. You will also have a passion for renewable energy, excellent communication skills and the self-confidence to provide high-value consultative services to customers.

The course will cover the following subjects and will be trained by industry professionals.

• Introduction to Solar and Renewables
• Solar Panels, Inverters and Batteries
• Household Energy Assessment
• Installation Site Technical Analysis
• System Design Tools and Applications
• Product Benefits and Comparisons
• Customers Qualification and Consultation
• SEA Sales Process - Advanced

Successful participants will have the necessary fundamental skills to seek employment in the solar industry. There will be up to 5 opportunities for the top participants to join the sales team with Smart Energy Answers.
