Job description

We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Account Manager to join our team in Perth, focusing initially on Instagram/TikTok content management and strategy. This role presents a unique opportunity to grow an established social presence with potential for expanding into broader Social Media management.

Responsibilities:
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, including videos, challenges, and collaborations.
  • Community Engagement: Foster community interactions and respond to comments and messages on TikTok.
  • Ad Management: Create, monitor, and optimise, Meta and TikTok ad campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and synthesise performance metrics and provide regular reports and insights to maximise desired outcomes.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social trends, features, and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and competitive.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, design) to align social content with overall brand strategy and campaigns.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience managing social accounts, especially, Instagram and TikTok accounts, creating viral content, and executing successful ad campaigns.
  • Creativity: Strong creative mindset with the ability to brainstorm innovative ideas for socials content.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analysing data from TikTok Insights to adjust strategy and improve performance.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with online communities.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with experience working cross-functionally within a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changes in platforms, algorithms, and trends in Social Media.

Demonstrate a strong ability to deliver results and contribute positively to our client’s projects. By effectively presenting these experience items to our agency, you can showcase your suitability as a subcontractor for managing ad campaigns across various platforms.

  1. Campaign Examples/Portfolio of Work: Showcase examples of content creation and ad campaigns you have managed across various platforms (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram). Provide specific examples of TikTok ad campaigns you have managed. Include details such as campaign objectives, target audience, ad formats used (e.g., in-feed ads, branded hashtags), and results achieved (e.g., engagement rates, conversions).
  2. Creative Development & Strategy development: Outline your role in developing ad creative, including copywriting, design concepts, and multimedia content. Showcase examples of successful ad creatives that have resonated with target audiences insights.
  3. Platforms Managed: List the Social Media platforms where you have managed ad campaigns, emphasising TikTok. Highlight any specific strategies or optimisations you implemented to improve ad performance.
  4. Campaign Metrics & Ad Platforms: Highlight specific metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) you have achieved in past campaigns. This could include metrics like CTR (Click-Through Rate), CPA (Cost Per Acquisition), ROI (Return on Investment), and overall campaign performance improvements. List the ad platforms you are experienced with (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
  5. Budget Management: Outline the budgets you have managed for TikTok and Meta ad campaigns. Mention any experience with budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ROI analysis.
  6. Targeting Expertise: Describe your experience in audience targeting on Meta and TikTok. Include information on how you researched and identified target demographics, interests, and behaviours for effective ad targeting.
  7. A/B Testing: If applicable, mention any experience conducting A/B tests on Meta and TikTok ads. Explain how you set up tests, monitored results, and used findings to refine ad strategies.
  8. Collaborations and Partnerships: Detail any collaborations or partnerships you initiated or managed for TikTok ad campaigns. Include information on how these collaborations contributed to campaign success or brand visibility.
  9. References and Results: Where possible, provide references or testimonials from previous employers or clients that highlight your achievements and contributions to successful Meta and TikTok ad campaigns.
