WHAT WILL YOU DO?
The Serafina Social Media & Influencer Specialist is responsible for looking after the brand’s Social Media accounts including content planning and creation, community management, ambassador coordination, onboarding of influencers, data analytics and reporting.
The position will be responsible for executing successful Social Media strategies across multiple channels and will be in charge of the ‘always on’ content creation in line with brand equity. The position also encompasses influencer coordination as well, managing the gifting program.

We are looking for a collaborative and passionate marketer who has a strong interest in women’s fashion, Social Media and influencer marketing. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude that is willing to be adaptable in a fast-growing fashion company.
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES?
Developing and implementing a growth strategy for Serafina’s Social Media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok).
Responsible for the ‘always on’ content on our Social Media channels (created, curated, live and UGC) that reflects our brand identity.
Keep up to date with key Social Media trends and execute effectively if aligned with the brands identity.
Offer exceptional customer service through Social Media channels to new and prospective customers. Filter enquiries, liaise and follow up with sales support or other accurate departments.
Manage our current Influencer Marketing Gifting Program
Grow our influencer marketing program by identifying new potential ambassadors, collaborations or opportunities.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?
1-2 year working experience in a similar role (preferable).
Bachelor’s Degree and/or Tertiary qualification in Marketing and Communication (or similar)
Experience with Social Media content curation, creation and scheduling
Experience creating and implementing Social Media strategies for channel growth and engagement
Strong working knowledge of Social Media platforms Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok.
Strong written communication skills, and creative writing ability with a high attention to detail
A strong customer service orientation and the ability to effectively address enquiries, feedback and complaints
Ability to work independently and on self-driven projects
Creative thinker with the ability to offer solutions to problems and provide recommendations based off available data
Well-built skills in organisation, prioritisation and time management
Experience using Adobe Creative Suite advantageous
