About Connect2Care
Connect2Care was founded by allied health professionals. Based in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Perth, Connect2Care meets the therapeutic needs of people living with disabilities. We provide telehealth, mobile, and centre-based services.

About the Role
Employment Type: Permanent full-time or part-time (flexible hours)
Location: Northern, Eastern and Southern We'll match you up with clients near you!
Salary: $78,000 – $100,000 per year + PD budget + lap top + phone
Offices: BNE and VIC
Requirements
Skills and Experience
Relevant tertiary qualification- Membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
- Flexible and approachable manner
- Confidence working within a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for improving the quality of life for children and/or adults with disability
- Experience in the NDIS/disability will be highly regarded
- National police check, WWCC, and drivers’ license are essential
Desirable Criteria:
Experience in any of the following areas: NDIS, Disability, Mental Health will be highly regarded- Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) qualification will be highly regarded
