About the Role
- Deliver advanced clinical and consultancy services to the following services Neurosciences Unit (Neurology) and NMOS) in accordance with accepted professional practices, legal and ethical requirements with a high degree of independence.
- Apply advanced level independent professional judgment regarding the assessment and treatment planning of complex patients.
- Demonstrate high-level clinical leadership and mentoring support to problem solve urgent and emergent complex clinical issues.
- Provide specialised/advanced clinical advice and direction to a team of acute social workers to ensure effective service delivery and quality outcomes applying change management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills where necessary.
