Your opportunity:
- Deliver high quality core Social Work services as a member of a multidisciplinary team to patients of the Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service, across two hospital campuses, and to their families and carers, to optimize their psychosocial outcomes and to achieve maximum benefits from health care services for them.
- This position will be required to work across both the Maryborough and Hervey Bay Hospitals, with clinical demand determining staff allocations.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases (VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). For further information regarding TB please visit Queensland Health website: Tuberculosis

Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $118,996 p.a., comprising salary between $70,958 - $104,295 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Two Permanent Full Time Positions 76 hours p.f.)
