About your new role

Our organisation is embarking on a whole of business, strategic transformation that focuses heavily on digital excellence. We are looking for an accomplished Solution Architect to join our team and leverage their expertise to expand and enhance our practice to help drive and maintain this change. We recognise everyone has key strengths and we are keen to offer yours an outlet, this role is role works as closely with our business and technical specialists to determine the digital solutions that deliver business outcomes and work seamlessly in our technical architecture.

As part of our Solution Architect team, you will:
Collaborate with the business and technical specialists to design technical solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes
Use your knowledge and experience to identify synergies and innovation opportunities that consider the existing technical landscape
Develop solution estimations and options analysis that provide the business with information to make quick, informed decisions
Provides Solution Architectural direction and support for large projects and/or new technology decisions.
Support and assist with the creations of standards, processes and patterns that increase the speed in which we can deliver digital solutions for the City outcomes

What you bring to your new role

You are an experienced Solution Architect that thrives on Digital improvement and Transformation
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write documentation and visually define architecture.
You love technology and partnering with our business stakeholders, partners and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You work well under pressure and are motivated by delivering exceptional outcomes.
You are a team-player with ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously.
You display personal drive and integrity by demonstrating courage and accepting responsibility.
You communicate with influence and effectively engage with suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver good outcomes and resolve issues.
You have a diplomatic approach and ability to form strong relationships and drive good outcomes, leading to a smooth transition of services into operations.
