In this role, you have the opportunity to deliver solution design of collaboration services. Having technology experience on Microsoft (O365, OneDrive, Sharepoint, Teams, Yammer, Teams), Zoom, a/v devices setup like Poly, Yealink, Cisco/Microsoft smart rooms including monitoring and security aspects.
You are responsible for
- Supporting Platform Architecture in solution design according to Enterprise Architecture Guidance
- Analyzing business needs to architect relevant solutions & automation process
- Providing advice to ensure solution design is aligned and supported by respective stakeholders (BPO/BPE/SME/Product Owner)
- Identifying and driving scrum teams to deliver Non-Functional requirements
- Managing solution architecture risk, taking countermeasures and recognizing conflicts in the design
- Establishing strong cooperation with DevSecOps teams to ensure that solutions are built as architected
- Supporting cross-platform End2End design (as part of the Architecture community)
- Supporting technology selection and proof of concepts
- Providing technical expertise to staff on the use of Microsoft 365 applications SharePoint, Forms, Lists, Power Automate, and related platforms
- Providing input into technical documentation
You are a part of Infrastructure Services organization that delivers and continuously improves services supporting the 74.000+ individual Philips users that need to be productive whilst using their IT devices and related items.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
- Overall 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years of solution architecture in Workplace domain
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or similar) and/or commensurate experience in delivering server-based computing services to global customers
Hard/Technical skills:
- Knowledge and strong experience with designing solutions using the Office365 platform
- Working knowledge of the Power Platform Power Apps, Power Automate, PowerBI
- Good knowledge of C#/.Net, SQL Server and Web technologies like React JS
- Knowledge of Azure Services/APIs/Functions
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and experience in information/records/data management or information/data governance
- Experience in SharePoint Designer Workflows
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Teams, including core Teams functionality and anything related to Teams such as Teams Enterprise Voice, Teams Rooms, Teams panels, Call Quality Dashboard, Teams admin center and Teams Live Events
- Experience in SharePoint Administration and Customization, Farm topology, SharePoint Security features, Authentication, and capacity planning would be an added advantage
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Soft skills:
- Basic knowledge of Architecture concepts, methodologies, SAFe and DevSecOps
- Very good English language level (both speaking and writing)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Quick learner with the ability to research and investigate relevant technology and approaches
- Ability to work on architecture artifacts independently
