The role will contribute to the success of the EPA as it enters a new era of environmental protection in Victoria. You will develop and oversee the delivery of solution architecture and design, aligned to EPA's strategic priorities. Growth opportunities will be available to develop Enterprise Architecture skills.
Duties
- Develop Solution Architecture documentation using EPA standards
- Review technology platforms and promote enhancements that will reduce technical debt
- Assist with strategies, policies, procedures, and guidelines related to Enterprise Architecture standards and patterns
- Promote use of the Enterprise Architecture repository (iServer / Confluence)
- Evaluate commercial-off-the-shelf products to ensure they align to the organisation's Enterprise Architecture
- Extensive experience in designing solutions to meet business requirements
- Stakeholder engagement skills to partner and collaborate with business
- Experience in setting standards for patterns and enterprise architecture
- Knowledge of architecture frameworks and models
- Ability to think outside the square, a willingness to try new things and a genuine desire to learn, share knowledge and make a difference
