AddressWe have an opportunity for a Solution Architect to join the Application Services team at our Sydney Office.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for driving the delivery and management of the Enterprise Applications platform and new technology solutions, with a key focus on SAP systems that enable business growth and support customer outcomes.
You will also be responsible for driving, developing and maintaining the Enterprise applications architectural direction, road maps and methodologies and identifying and proactively managing risk areas, and committing to seeing issues through to complete resolution, by working across the teams.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and own the solution architecture for the Enterprise Applications platform and contribute to the technical architecture for solutions spanning a multidisciplinary team.
- Responsible for Solution Assurance with a focus on the end to end solution architecture and facilitate a team of architects, business and IT workstream leads to drive resolution of project design issues.
- Manage and run the Design Review Forum (DRF).
- Drive the Enterprise Applications Platform development, delivery, and maintenance for Stockland to improve sales, increase occupancy and enhance customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities for Stockland to leverage scale and take advantage of new industry practices.
- Apply strong commercial and business case disciplines in the identification and development of technology improvements that support the business strategy.
- Performing architecture reviews, according to agreed plans, and assessing the degree of compliance with architecture and organisational standards
- Provide critical analysis, advice and leadership to the Innovation, Marketing and Technology leadership team on Enterprise Application solution options and developments, translating the implications and opportunities for Stockland to drive competitive advantage.
- Develop and present proposals for digital and new technology initiatives, in close collaboration with relevant business and IT stakeholders and with a commercial perspective.
- Develop internal capabilities and external partnerships that enable the delivery of technology for innovation experiments and pilots.
- Lead in a way that supports the Stockland Values and build a culture of agility and customer centricity, both internal and external.
- Collaborate with the Technology leadership to implement and scale the innovation experiments that prove to be successful.
About You
- At least 10 years’ experience in all aspects of Solution architecture at a senior level with a strong focus on SAP
- Demonstrated architecture and technical team leadership skills, achieving outcomes through influence
- Experience leading delivery teams to deliver outcomes in SAP S/4 HANA and other related Enterprise applications
- Mentoring and building technical teams’ capability
- Delivery experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools
- Understanding of other cloud services and infrastructure, such as AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow
- Experience in partnering successfully with external technology organisations
- Demonstrated strong ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to understand new technologies and communicate their concepts and relevance in business terms to business stakeholders, and technical terms to technology stakeholders
- Previous experience in a Salesforce environment is highly valued.
