About this Opportunity

We are looking for a Solution and Integration Architecture to join our Global Salesforce Platform team, providing development and configuration for a multi-year pipeline of work.

We are developing a new Global Platform using Salesforce, and you can expect there to be plenty of opportunities for personal growth, in addition to the opportunity of developing your Integration and architecture skillset, working with a very experienced team.

You will have a passion for customer assistance, an interest in technology and being part of a team developing and supporting the Salesforce platform here at CXC Global

What You'll Be Doing

Solution and document salesforce integrations with external systems including multiple payroll systems, vendor management systems and financial applications
Work in a cross-functional Engineering team/s
Be involved in the technical design and development across their custom Salesforce Platform
Get hands on with code and configuration when required
Help to support and enhance interactions between the Salesforce platforms
Work closely with the DevOps & technical leads to identify improvements
Manage and mentor more junior salesforce developers in your team

Skills and Experiences:
Who We're Looking For

We expect you to have 5+ years exposure and experience within in the solution and integration of complex environments / projects. The ideal candidate should be outgoing and have confidence in their design decision capability.

The role will provide you with the opportunity to work with a team of experienced Salesforce professionals on a global transformation project that is predominantly based on Salesforce technologies.

Provide specialist solution and integration architecture advice and work closely with stream leads to optimise processes, integrations and maximise the benefits of Salesforce, and assist in the growth of the Solution and Salesforce capability globally through sharing knowledge and developing thought leadership

The successful Solutions and Integration Architect should have the following skill set:

Ability to identify technical design risks
A solid understanding of the architectural principles of cloud-based platforms, including SaaS, PaaS, integration patterns, and application servers
Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premise systems
Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration
Being exposed to multiple software development methodologies and software design principles
Experience with Microservices
Software development and engineering background (Salesforce development advantageous)
Measuring and designing for non-functionals, like reliability, availability, security, maintainability, performance and scalability
Understanding of Event Driven Architecture/Event Design, Restful API design and Domain Driven Design
Understanding of a wide variety of technologies (eg Salesforce, Heroku, AWS/Azure, Marketing Cloud, Adobe Sign, Mulesoft)
