We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a newly created role reporting to directly to the CIO and working closely with Heads of IT and Digital. This role will be focussed on 3 business pillars Data, Applications, and Infrastructure. You will also work closely with key internal stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Working with the CIO, Heads and Executive stakeholders to understand their business requirements and objectives.
Assess the current state of Architecture across all domains.
Develop and present solution proposals, including technical and financial aspects
Develop and maintain architecture standards, policies, and best practices to guide solution design and implementation.
Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions that integrate data, applications, and infrastructure.
Ensure that solutions meet scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
Ensure that solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and assess their potential impact on our businesses.
Background & Key Requirements
We are seeking someone who has experience working with companies of 500-1000 users across multiple locations.
As a newly created role there is opportunity to create Architectural best practice across multiple domains.
Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in applications, and infrastructure domains with data being a bonus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and cross functional teams
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Certifications in relevant technologies (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) are a plus

Flexible working arrangements available
Salary - $170,000 - $180,000 + Super
