ABOUT THE BUSINESS:

Established in 2010, ITSM (www.itsmcorp.com) is a member of the global ICT team - The Infinite Group (www.infinitesolutions.com). ITSM deliver people solutions, ICT infrastructure support & technology across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and the Philippines, with affiliated Infinite group offices throughout Europe.

Candidates for this role are expected to have expert knowledge levels on a wide range of skills, technology and systems development and integration platforms. They are expected to possess the majority, if not all of the following capabilities:

· Proficiency to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and designs for the development of functional modules and/or system units that will address the said business requirements

· Familiarity with various technologies that enable the candidate(s) to efficiently and effectively decide, select and recommend which technologies will provide the best outcomes and optimal benefits in coming up with system designs

· Proficiency in the development and documentation of systems design and architecture, including but not limited to the creation of infrastructure platform architecture diagrams (servers, storage, cloud, network and connectivity), bill of materials (BOM), entity relarionships/interfaces diagrams (ERD), inventory of sytems, subsystems, functions and modules, and data flow diagrams (DFD)

· Proficiency in documenting all required implementation and development level requirements for use/consumption by the implementation and development teams

· Proficiency and experience in presenting designs in an understandable manner to all project stakeholders

The Basic Requirementsbelow are mandatory. All candidates for these roles need to possess the skills and experiences listed below in order to be considered for a role in this enagement.

Basic Requirements:

· Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in systems architecture and design work as Principal/Solutions Designer and/or Technical Architect

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in hands-on development and implementation work in various development platforms as identified below in the

Core Skill Requirements

· Highly experienced in technical documentation work

· Highly-experienced in collaboration work with product development entities

· Highly-experienced in leading and collaborating with implementation and development teams

· Highly experienced in cloud-based technologies and systems integration using APIs and other methods

· Extensive experience in the management of structured programming and best practices in coding, code debugging and troubleshooting, code migration, unit testing, QA/QC, migration to staging

· Good knowledge in the use of Open Source technologies and libraries in software development and systems integration

· Good knowledge of the use of common CD/CI tools

· Excellent decision-making, and strong project communications skills and experience

· Excellent people-relationship and people management skills

Core Skill Requirements:

· Proficiency and experience in security and network infrastructure and implementations

· Proficiency and experience in the setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting of Apigee Edge environments (high availability, load balancing, auto-failover, API setup and administration, logs analysis, etc.)

· Proficiency and experience in using K8s (Kubernetes) and other cloud technologies (Amazon Web Services), Amazon ECS, Docker, TAS (PCF), Mulesoft, and other cloud-based services like CloudFormation and Terraform

· Knowledge and proficiency in web systems integration & security (Oauth, SAML, SSO, SSL, etc.)

· Proficiency and experience in the implementation and support of various API technologies (REST-API, GraphQL, gRPC, SOAP)

· Proficiency and experience in Java, JavaScript, React, C/C#/C++, Kotlin, Python, Bash

· Proficiency and experience in using CI/CD tools (SwaggerHub, GitLab, GitHub, CircleCI, Jenkins)

· Proficiency and experience in Linux System Administration

· Proficiency and experience in Snowflake / Redshift / Databricks etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour
