Sous Chef

Redcape Hotel Group is looking for an experienced Chef to join one of it's South Coast venues kitchen team. Working closely with the venues' Head Chef, in an environment of opportunity, you will be provided with the support required to be successful in your role whilst being able to work with a level of autonomy. We believe an experienced Sous Chef could bring excellent leadership qualities to the team while paving a path of career progression for themselves.
