The Role
This amazing property is perched on the beachside in Adelaide's West, and is seeking a talented Sous Chef with a background in busy Gastro pub venues where the focus is on creating lasting food memories. Previous experience in leading a team of passionate chefs and operations, menu development, training and team motivation.
Skills and Attributes
- At least two years of experience in a fast-paced bistro environment
- A focus on quality
- Strong knowledge of modern cooking techniques
- Manage a strong, established and extremely professional brigade
- Seeking a leader who is an exceptional communicator and has a proactive attitude, understand all ordering and stocktaking
- Work with budgets and KPI's
