Reporting into the Accumulations Products and Services Manager, the role is responsible for the management of all administrative functions associated with grower pricing and contracting in Eastern Australia, as well as managing casual team members and the Grower Service Centre during harvest.
The role will also:
Manage grower and consultant enquiries
Manage the contract washout process at the conclusion of the delivery period
Conduct regular liaison throughout each day with Regional Managers, Grower Service Centre and Trading teams on contract and pricing matters
Develop and maintain effective relationships with grower brokers and consultants
Manage the price discretion process in conjunction with the Trading team
Identify and implement process improvements
Provide input to projects and initiatives as required
Skills and experience
The successful applicant will have excellent attention to detail with a strong customer focus and the ability to work well in a small team environment.
The successful applicant will also require:
A strong background in grain contracting and administration
Good knowledge of the Australian grain industry
Proven ability to effectively deal with confidential information
Highly developed organisational and administrative skills and a capacity to resolve issues promptly and effectively
Strong verbal, written and communication skills
Highly experienced in use of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience working autonomously and in a satellite office is highly desirable
The position can be located in our Perth WA or Adelaide SA office.
