About the Role
Working within our Surgical and Cancer Care services team, you will provide exceptional care to patients and their families who present with Urological problems, including elective and emergent Urological surgical procedures. You will provide leadership to the department to improve care by being a role model, reviewing and developing care processes, monitoring emerging issues and leading change. Your clinical expertise will be matched by your commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and a passion for continued self-education and development. A high level of interpersonal communication skills are essential, as is an empathetic, kind and supportive approach with our patients.
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $447,879 (L27) comprising salary rates between $90.465 (L18) and $114.69 p.h. (L27), motor vehicle allowance, professional development allowance, emergency department specialty allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
