SalaryJob Description:Key Responsibilities:Comply with all NOV HealthDevelop and implement inventory management strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize carrying costsOversee the procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods from suppliersManage the warehousing and distribution of inventory, including the supervision of warehouse staff and coordination with third-party logistics providersAnalyze sales data, inventory trends, and market conditions to accurately forecast future inventory requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, such as route optimization, carrier selection, and transportation mode selectionCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, production, finance) to align inventory and logistics with overall business objectivesMonitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover, order fulfillment, transportation costs, and customer service levelsEnsure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to inventory management and logistics operationsContinuously seek ways to enhance the company's supply chain and logistics capabilities to drive cost savings and improve customer satisfactionAdhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team and approved agents / distributors.Follow safe working guidelines and practices.Qualifications / Proficiency:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.Strong understanding of inventory control principles, techniques, and best practices.Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or JD Edwards.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyse data sets and identify actionable insights.Ability to work well within & without a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and deliver results under tight deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.About Us: Every day, the oil and gas industry's best minds put more than 150 years of experience to work to help our customers achieve lasting success.We Power the Industry that Powers the World
