Work as a Speech Pathologist with one of Australia's largest NDIS provider and join a strong multidisciplinary team focused on providing progression for their participants and therapists.
On offer to you:
Salary range from $70,000 to $110,000 + superannuation (based on experience)

How you will be supported:
Guidance and mentoring from therapy consultants and senior speech pathologists
Weekly peer supervision and 1:1 supervision
Clinical specialization programs for skill development
Daily check-ins and weekly supervision from team leader
Administration support team for efficient work
Progression opportunities into operations or clinical areas
Your Responsibilities:
Work with NDIS clients close to your location
Have a specialised caseload based on your experience and area of interest
25 billable hours per week after induction
Office located in Hallam, Melbourne with visits to clients' homes within the local area

Requirements:
Tertiary degree in Speech Pathology
Graduate and experienced therapists will be considered
SPA membership
Driver's license and vehicle
Unrestricted Australian work rights.
