Crystel Care is innovative allied health service founded in Adelaide who provides supports to participants with a range of needs including complex disability and psychosocial needs. We are highly regarded as a result of passion and strong client focus. Due to our growing client base we are seeking a Speech Pathologist to join our Speech Pathology Department to undertake a variety of different assessment, coordination, consultant, supervisory and treatment roles. This will role will have the support and guidance from our Lead Speech Pathologist whom has a wealth of knoweldge and experience within the area.

About the role:
The successful candidates will undertake the following:
- Assessing children using various assessment tools
- Create individualised outcome focused goals
- Support an individual learner in a 1:1 basis and /or within a group setting
- Working in collaborative partnership with parents and other professionals to facilitate the building of skills for our learners
- Participate in clinical team meetings (including some training opportunities)
- Support team members and provide clinical and organisational leadership to staff.
- Provide feedback regarding intake and waitlist management
- Participate in quality improvement and system development processes.
- Maintain a case load of clients.
- Undertake professional development planning
- Provide line management to a small team.

All applicants must address the key selection criteria as outlined below:
- Registration with Speech Pathology Australia
- At least three years post registration experience
- An understanding of the NDIS and the broader disability, mental health, accommodation, sectors
