We are focused on recruiting and building an allied health team to service our amazing clients. We are searching for new grads or experienced Speech Therapists. We offer training to support our therapists in being the best they can be; a training package will be tailored to suit your requirements.

Qualifications & experience

• Ability to gain registration through APHRA.
• Providing a current Working With Children Check and National Police Check.
• Approved qualifications in Speech Pathologist.
• Current membership with Speech Pathology Australia is essential
• Sense of fun, creativity and enthusiasm that can be applied to your sessions with our clients.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• We are taking applications from both new grads and experienced applicants( 2 positions)

Tasks & responsibilities

• We provide one-on-one services, as well as combined service delivery as appropriate, e.g., with one of our therapy assistants or another therapist.
• Be involved in the running of various groups with our multidisciplinary team, e.g. readiness for school groups, school holiday camps, and social skills groups.
• Provide initial assessments and evaluate progress regularly using relevant measures.
• Preparing accurate and timely reports that will assist in future planning and recommendation strategies.
• Working in a team comprising occupational therapists, dieticians, psychologists, physiotherapists and Allied Health Assistants.
• Working with a range of areas, including Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder,  Developmental Delays, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Sensory Processing difficulties, Motor Planning Challenges and Motor Skill challenges.
