Spray Painter

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our team. The Spray Painter will be responsible for applying paint, lacquer, and other coatings to a variety of surfaces using spray guns and other equipment. The successful candidate will have an eye for detail and be able to deliver high-quality finishes to meet client specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as necessary
• Mix and match paint colors to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Use spray guns and other equipment to apply paint, lacquer, or other coatings to surfaces
• Monitor and adjust spray equipment to ensure proper flow, pressure, and coverage
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality standards and client specifications
• Maintain spray equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times

Qualifications:

• Proven at least 3 to 5 years experience as a Spray Painter or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of painting techniques, equipment, and materials
• Highly skills with mixing and matching paint colors to achieve desired results
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification in painting or related field preferred

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions

Salary: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
