Vehicle Spray Painter and Blaster

We are seeking experienced Vehicle Spray Painter and Blasters for our client’s workshop in Forrestfield as well as well as a DIDO option roughly 250km East of Perth!
You will be responsible for spray painting and blasting trailers and other road transport equipment in a timely, safe, and correct manner.
This is a Temp - Perm opportunity after 3 months of employment. The position involves a Monday to Friday roster, working 10-hour days with the option of overtime available. We are looking for people to start immediately!
Key responsibilities:
Spray paint and sand blast road transport equipment.
Prepare surfaces ready for paint application
Mix and colour match paints to meet the requirements of the job.
Brush touch, paint/blend any defective areas of coated items.
Maintain clean work areas and spray equipment.
Ensure all work is completed to company policies/ procedures while adhering to workplace safety requirements.
Key requirements:
Ability to work within timeframes and meet deadlines.
2 Years minimum experience required in trailer spray painting / sand blasting
Have knowledge and understanding of painting and blasting heavy duty vehicles
Must hold a full driving licence
Experience operating a Forklift (Must hold LF Ticket)
You will be required to pass a full pre-employment medical/ LabDas and provide a National Police Clearance.
