Job Summary and Primary Responsibilities

The Sr Manager, Marketing ANZ leads a team of product managers and specialists and is responsible for defining the ANZ market requirements and strategy that will drive product and procedural adoption aligned with overall commercial priorities. Leads product and procedural strategy and integration of regional marketing plans to drive competitive advantage, revenue, and market share. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies and contributes to the development of marketing tools for successful product introductions. Communicates KOL and customer feedback to engineering, manufacturing, and sales to enhance existing products and product lines. Works in close partnership and coordination with global product marketing, commercial, Clinical Professional Development (CPD) and Sales Operations. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.

Leads creation of regional global go-to-market launch plans (NPI) and ensures commercial readiness while measuring regional product and procedural performance
Collaborates with the commercial and cross functional teams to build and adjust PH3 revenue forecasts
Drives efficiency in sets and assets by collaborating with operations and planning teams on CAPEX planning and inventory management
Works in close partnership with cross functional teams to ensure on-time product launch
Monitors market, consumer, and competitive analysis and trends to support market growth and effective portfolio management
Develops strategy for excess and obsolescence of legacy product portfolio
Participates in product lifecycle management through education and organizational and commercial awareness around new product introductions and sales and operations planning activities
Oversees commercial enablement activities, such as complex selling, creation of sales tools, communication, and training for the field
Directs and mentors a team of product managers and other product marketing professionals, assisting and guiding them in the performance of their functions ensuring each team members is continually growing and improving their professional skills
Owns and develops KOL surgeon relationships across the region and aligns this community of surgeons around product messaging, clinical evidence, design and development and product promotional plans
Oversees new product launch and ensures a successful and integrated launch for the product, new product features, and product solutions and leads messaging and promotional strategy at key trade shows and events.
Collaborates with global product leaders, CPD and sales teams in the formulation of market strategies to drive vertical growth in key regional markets
Applies broad knowledge of company's procedural/enabling technology capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging opportunities
Performs other duties as assigned

Education and Experience
Preferred 3+ years’ experience in Product Marketing, Product Management and/or Medical Device Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD; or equivalent experience

Travel and/or Physical Requirements
Some business travel required
