Hasbro is recruiting for a Sr Office Administration Assistant to coordinate the effective operations of our facilities in Australia and New Zealand and provide administrative support to a
variety of key stakeholders.
As a Sr Office Administration Assistant you will:
-Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
-Administer our philanthropy program and charity sponsorships and donations
-Ensure our office facilities are well maintained, including the ordering of consumables and the coordination of vendors
-Support the leadership team with diary management, meeting coordination, travel bookings, expense management
-Complete office inductions and assist new hires with onboarding by preparing office access and staff parking
-Participate as a member of our health & safety committee
You will bring to the role:
-2+ years’ professional / office-based administration experience
-A passion for providing a superior experience for customers/users
-Strong planning & organisational skills
-The ability to build effective partnerships with a diverse group of people
-A proactive and self-driven approach; looking ahead, finding solutions and generating ideas for continuous improvement
-(Desirable) Previous personal assistant, events management and / or office management experience
