What success looks like in this role:

Proactively identifies, qualifies, develops, manages, and grows new logo sales pipelines leveraging Unisys’ portfolio of technologies, products solutions, and solutions. Coordinates new logo opportunity development across a matrixed team to ensure effective management of new business opportunities. Applies consultative selling skills to develop attractive value propositions. Collaborates with business unit teams to ensure that delivery capability matches proposed solutions. Establishes strong, trust-based relationships with key prospective client stakeholders to influence decision making. Develops a strong understanding of a prospective client's marketplace, competitive landscape, and their financial and business drivers. Responsible for developing and growing new logo pipeline by aligning Unisys’ solutions to prospective client business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Targets new logo business for large, complex, prospective clients.
  • Focuses on cross selling services solutions across business units, and/or industries.
  • Conducts deep market and prospect research using both internal and external data sources.
  • Builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and decision makers within prospective clients.
  • Plays a leadership role in consulting and selling to prospective clients.
  • Collaborates internally and externally to ensure effective introduction, application and evaluation of Unisys technologies, services, and solutions. ·
  • Continually looks for opportunities to expand the Unisys footprint through industry, client and other events and activities.

  • Depth of successful sales experience, preferably in tech-enabled solutions.
  • Proven ability to engage clients in a consultative manner, understanding their unique needs and tailoring solutions accordingly.
  • Must have managed services experience.
  • A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to establish and maintain trusted client relationships.
