Stabiliser/Plant Operator

With our business growing quickly, we’re looking for people to join our team of as a dedicated Stabiliser or Plant Operator. 

The Opportunity 

We're looking for Stabiliser and Plant Operators with road works or civil experience to join our team on projects across WA. This role involves operating a range of plant and machinery and assisting with projects as required.

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, be a team player interacting with the Supervisors, leading Hands and Subcontractors to support Western Stabilisers in delivering high quality work and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction.  

Have previous industry experience and, or willingness to learn and develop industry knowledge on either of the below listed stabilisers:

Caterpillar RR-250

Wirtgen WR240

Terex RS350

You will contribute to keeping everyone safe in the workplace by following company WHS processes, and assist with repair and maintenance activities to keep plant and equipment in great condition.

Essential:  

• Current HR drivers licence
• Construction White Card  
• A positive attitude and commitment towards safety 
• Team player with a can-do attitude
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised

Desirable:  

• Demonstrated experience in the Stabilisation industry, operating stabilisers and, or a willingness to learn
• Current plant tickets advantageous 
• MC drivers licence will be advantageous
