Form of workHawkes Racing is currently seeking a stablehand to join the team at Rosehill (NSW).
This is a terrific opportunity to join one of Australia's leading stables and be a part of a close-knit and successful team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Daily horse care and handling.
- General stable cleaning and maintenance.
- Opportunities to attend barrier trials and race days will be available, with above award rates paid for strapping.
- Daily hours of work are 4:45 am - 9:15 am and 3:00pm - 5:00pm (approx.)
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Prior experience working with horses.
- Be reliable and punctual.
- Be able to work in a team and follow instructions.
Excellent working conditions and top remuneration are on offer to the successful applicants.
International applicants are encouraged to apply but MUST have a valid Australian visa with work rights.
Accommodation may be available to the right applicant.
