Exciting Challenges
- Manage and lead the state-based Sales Team to reach goals and set targets.
- Identify new business opportunities with prospective Key Customers
- Assist in preparing project proposals for Key Customers together with the Target Market Manager.
- Participate in internal/external training as required.
- Inform Target Managers about special projects/requirements for production planning.
- Provide technical and sales services to our existing customer base.
- Provide specifications and demonstrations of Sika products
- Provide after sales service to Key Customers, including assistance for any product complaints.
- Issue technical information / advice within the guidelines of current technical and material safety data sheets.
- Increase market coverage by monitoring competitor activities, maintaining lists of potential customers and regularly calling on potential customers.
- Assist the Target Market Manager in the preparation of sales target for budget purposes

- A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields

Intro
Reporting to the Target Market Manager, you will be responsible for managing the QLD Sales Team by building a client base for the business, as well as managing existing clients.
The role will focus primarily on the Building Finishing Target Market whilst also taking the opportunity to cross-sell Sika products to all areas.
You will provide assistance and support to the Target Market Manager in all aspects of the management of and communication with Key Accounts.
