Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Familiarity with farming practices is a plus
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Training will be provided for the right applicant
Responsibilities:
- Cattle processing and yard work
- Machinery operation
- General property maintenance
- Mustering with horses, bikes, and working dogs
- Supervision of farming contractors
- Reporting to the Livestock General Manager
- Upholding high animal welfare standards
- Ensuring WH&S compliance
- Proficient record keeping
- Mechanical and welding skills are favourable
