About the role:
We have an exciting role available as a Store Development Coordinator to join our Store Development Team in Victoria. Reporting to the Head Of Store Development your responsibilities will include being the center point of communication between internal and external stakeholders and coordinating all works between Retail Design, Store Design, Shopfitters Stores Sales Teams & Marketing Departments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate timelines for installation, stock arrivals and opening date with shopfitters and retailers
- Ensure all VM materials are well received by our shipfitters and installed accordingly to industry standard
- Coordination with sales team, retailers, VM team and vendors on installations, stocks and merchandising
- Own the repair requests and VM damages process including negotiating repair costs and the coordination of repairs and maintenance
- Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to drive quality executions whilst building collaborative relationships
- Manage administration duties as required
- Monitor project timelines to ensure permit/consent applications, are submitted within expected processing period.
- Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project timelines are met
- Communicate with all stakeholders involved with new store projects
- Provide on call support for maintenance
- Knowledge of retail industry demands, construction and production timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand architectural drawings
- Sound technical building operations legislative and management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to read & understand technical data
